Perfect Presents: Luxury Lipstick

Lipstick might be on a lot of Christmas lists this year, so why not surprise the lipstick lover in your life with a luxury lippy to make their festive season one to remember. No one wants to kiss Santa underneath the mistletoe without the perfect lippy applied, so make sure they have the perfect lippy to apply! Christmas is also a great time to treat yourself, and there’s tonnes of bargains out there as well, so why not get yourself a little Christmas present and treat yourself to a gorgeous lipstick shade this month. Here are our favourite luxury lippies out there at the moment; you won’t be able to help yourself!

Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick, Walk of Shame £24
This shade of red is too sexy – and it’s a matte lippy too, and who doesn’t love a matte lippy?! One of the reasons this makes it onto the list is because the tube is just too glorious! You will get serious lovestruck eyes just looking at this lipstick in its rose gold tube. It’s such a beaut!

Tom Ford Lip Colour, Violet Fatale £40
This colour is amazing! It’s pure drama and the purple shade will turn heads for sure. These lipsticks are full of exotic ingredients like soja seed extract and Brazilian murumuru butter. They have a super smooth application and they are so, so creamy. To top it off, the tube is beautiful and you really feel you are getting a luxury product.

Yves Saint Laurent Tatouage Couture Matte Stain Liquid Lipstick, shade 13 £29
You can’t have a list of lipsticks without a liquid lippy on there. This glowing shade of bright red barely is so intense, and it hardly feels like you have lippy on when you are wearing it. If you don’t like this shade of red, there are 17 other shades you can choose from, so you are bound to find the perfect one for you.

Dior Addict Gel Lacquer, Black Coffee £26.50
This colour is too drama for words. It’s so dark and so vampy, you won’t even believe it. So. you’ll have to try it for yourself to find out! It’s smooth to apply and it lasts you a full 6 hours before you need to re-apply. There is a tonne of colour and shine and you can layer up for a more intense colour (but we doubt you will need a MORE intense colour).
